Project Description

In Phase 1 of the project, Otto Construction provided design and construction management services for a 131,000 square-foot solid waste processing and material recovery facility in Roseville.  Phase 2 consisted of an expansion and upgrade to the facility including electrical service and utility upgrades, structural modifications, a new road, 200,000 square feet of new buildings over 350,000 square feet of land.
